TiTLIS Delivers Console Solution for Tianjin Emergency Management Bureau Command Center

2021 marked a pivotal year for the modernization of China’s emergency management system. This Tianjin project was officially put into operation in October 2020.

On New Year’s Day 2021, Li Hongzhong, Secretary of the Tianjin Municipal Party Committee, visited the command center to inspect work on workplace safety. He fully recognized the achievements of the center’s construction and put forward four key work requirements:

Build an integrated municipal-wide comprehensive emergency response system;


Fully implement supervision responsibilities for work safety;

Conduct thorough screening and rectification of all types of safety hazards;

Advance the digital and information-based upgrade of emergency management capabilities.

Core Capabilities of the Command Center Platform

The center centrally manages over 130,000 video surveillance cameras across the city, as well as business data from 25 municipal-level government departments. It supports real-time access to geographic data, surveillance footage, sensor readings and operational reports of hazardous chemical enterprises. The platform enables cross-departmental data sharing, business collaboration, unified dispatching and joint supervision.
